How can i get treatment for my twisted tooth without using braces?
Q. Hello, On the left side of my two front teeth i ahve a twisted tooth. I don’t want to have braces and turned the oppurtunity down because i didn’t want the pain and hassle for one tooth. I’m asking is there any way to have this cosmetically done, i.e. veneers, crowns, false teeth, etc. Please let me know; i haven’t had a cosmetics professionals opinion. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Many Thanks.
A. Crooked teeth can be treated using orthodontics to move the teeth into the correct position, veneers/ crowns to disguise their actual position or a combination of ortho and veneers/crowns. If teeth are in a poor position some tooth will need to be trimmed away for the veneers/crowns to have the correct aesthetic result. Ortho will minimise this amount of tooth reduction necessary. Hope this helps.
