This past summer a dentist installed a dental implant on my back molar. I developed an antral fistula on my palate. The fistula communicated with my sinus cavity. I had a periodontist remove the implant and the fistula. There was no bone left upon removal of the implant and the infection in my sinuses was mrsa. I need to have a bone graph done at the end of the month but I still have mrsa. Do I need to wait until the mrsa is completely gone in my sinsuses before I can have a bone graph?

A front tooth was extracted because of periodontal problems, do u think i should replace that tooth with crown and bridge? I have also lost some amount of bone where that tooth was extracted.

Basically Im 16 now, i had braces 2/3years back and my teeth were straight so i got given Retainers after the treatment, unfourtunley i have lost them few months back, but just now i have noticed my bottom teeth seem abit crooked. i went to the dentist and he sed i should go to My orthodontic dentist, he should be able to give me Retainers, im guessin they going to make a new Mold for my teeth? i regret being so careless but i cant change that Now. Im not even Confident nomore, i find it hard to smile its effecting me alot. will everything be Ok? or am i just over reacting?
