Should I replace a tooth with a crown and bridge?

Q.
A front tooth was extracted because of periodontal problems, do u think i should replace that tooth with crown and bridge? I have also lost some amount of bone where that tooth was extracted.
A.
Hi
The bridge is only possible if the adjacent teeth have good bone support.
It is not possible to crown a tooth that is extracted, but a bridge may involve having a crown on adjacent teeth to the space, with the missing tooth connected to them.
You may have to cosider a dental implant if there is poor bone with grafting if necessary.
