im 20yro i have rotten teeth all in the front of my mouth i want to know if they can remove them and put new implants that look nice and like real teeth if so where can i go i live in chicago ill att ana,

i am 23 and i have about 5-6 rotten teeth and was wondering what kind of options is there for me besides getting a set of false teeth? This has been worrying me alot but i am too ashamed to talk to my local dentist. IF you could give me some ideas and options i would be very greatful. thank you!,
