Would implant be good replacement for old bridge?

Q. I had a bridge done by the NHS when I was 15 yrs old. It’s not looking really great now that I’m 32 yrs old. The metal is not only showing through on the adjacent tooth but where the enamel has ebbed away is actually showing now. As I’m considering getting my teeth lasered with brite Smile I wondered if now would be the best time to get an implant and how much would all this cost me as I am working but have very little to spend.,
A. If you had the bridge taken off you would need to have the teeth either side replaced with crowns as work has been carrie dout on these teeth in order to support the missing tooth. Once you have your teeth whitening, then would be the ideal time to have things replaced as you can blend the new restorations into the new shade.Implants cost anything from £2500 upwards.Kind regardsDr Justin Glaisterwww.umbrellasmiles.com
