Q. Hi Andrew, I’ am 19 and I had fixed braces when I was 13 until 15 and now I have had to go to a priavte clinic to get inman aligners as my teeth have came back to their original position again. My dentist said after I have had my treatment he will have to fit a metal bar going across the back of my teeth that will be on forever so that my teeth wont relapse again, will this metal be noticable?
