Q. I am in the process of starting 3 implants due to eroding roots to decay under my current (loose) crowns. I have had root canals on all 3 teeth, and surrounding teeth on both sides so a bridge is out of the question. I know with crowns and silver postings it has a tendancy to “dye” the gum. With implants and the “silver” implant, will this have any effect on my gumline. The teeth being done are 7,10,11 in front and I am concerned with this and have found no reports for or against this thought. Please advise. Thank you.,
