Why has my son’s lower jaw elongated?

Q. dear dr., My son is 21 years old. He came back home for holidays after one year and I found that His lower jaw is elongated than before. Is it due to any problem?. if so what is the remedy for it?. please give your valuable suggetion. regards,
A. In would get your dentist to take a look withouta consultation it is impossible to say.
