What would the dentist do about my 2 rotten teeth?

Q. Hi, I have a fear of dentists and have not been to a dentist for nearly 20 years. I need to have a few fillings put in but the main problem is that i have two teeth at the back of my mouth that have rotten completely down to the gum? I think I have finally built the courage to go visit a dentist, but am still worried to what they would do to my two rotten teeth? Could you share some light regards.

A. Thank you for your enquiry. Depending how far the decay has gone in your back teeth depends on whether we can save them. If they have to be removed you could fill the gaps with dental implants, without taking a look it is difficult to diagnose. Please feel free to contact the clinic for a consultation.
