What would be the most effective way to remove the yellow/brown patches from my teeth, which were a side-effect to antibiotics?

Q. My teeth are very small and have always been stained with yellow/brown patches. I’m told this is as a result of being on antibiotics for the first 4 years of my life. I have started being very conscious of my teeth and don’t like to smile in photos. I’m wondering if teeth whitening would be a good option for me? I have also looked at veneers and just wonder which is the most effective way of whitening my teeth but also doing something about the size and shape if possible. Also wondering about potential cost?,
A. If you have a size problem veneers would be your best option as the colour and size/shape can be treated at the same time
