What types of implants are available and are they suitable for me?

Q.
Hi, I have a few dental issues and don’t know what to do. Currently,

I am missing 7 teeth in total: all 4 wisdom teeth, both upper first molars and the left permanent incisor. I required braces because of this for 2 years when I was 15. I was then told to wait till I was 18 or 19 for my jaw to stop growing before getting an implant to replace my left incisor. During this time the roots of the teeth either side have begun to move towards each other. I went to have an implant but was told there was not enough space for the implant. I would just like to know what options I have? Also what implants are available now and do you think they’d be suitable for me? Thanks for any help

Hi, thanks for your question. If you have 5mm gap then you could use a 3mm wide implant, unfortunately if the space is less you’ll need the roots moving apart with a brace to make room for the implants. I hope this helps.
