What treatment is there for missing back bottom teeth?

Q. hi im a 35year old guy who suffers a lot with front chipped teeth due to not taking care of them etc.. most of my teeth are either chiped, capped or filled & due to have no back bottom teeth i use my front teeth to chew & nibble solids. my biggest concern is that they are getting worse everyday but also petrified of dentists! im currently in recipt of jobseekers allowance & live in north wales & not sure if i was entitled to any veneers in this area? i would be most gratefull if you could provide me with any information.. yours sincerly,
A. You need to sort out the support on the back teeth before working on front teeth. A typical approach would be dentures to provide the support and filllings to repair the front. If all went well individual teeth might get NHS veneers at a later stage.Rob
