Q. Dear Dr Caplin In February this year I had two teeth removed from upper left plus the front two. THis left me with 6 missing teeth. I have been quite fortunate in recieving a NHS denture that fits fairly well. However I find eating awful – the plastic teeth give a rotten sensation. My question/s is what would you recommend- a flexible denture or metal one? Are the teeth always made from plastic? I dont really want to go down the route of implants – costs, nerves etc. Please can you recommend me a dentist near to where I live in Bognor REgis. What roughly would the cost be?
