what is the best treatment for irregular crooked teeth

Q. Dear Dr Moore, I am 48 years old and I have very irregular crooked teeth especially 2 anterior ones. What will be the best treatment? implants or braces? and how much could they cost me?

A. If the teeth are sound then a brace would be best to align the teeth, perhaps a removavble brace such as Invisalign or an Inman Aligner would work well. IF the teeth have a poor prognosis then removal and replacement with dental implants might be best.
