What is the best system for teeth whitening?

Q. what system would you recommend for teeth whitening, i’ve heard zoom and enlighten are the best but would like to know what your opinion is. I know i really have to have a consultation but would like to know what you think. thank you.,
A. Actually the most predictable whitening technique uses custom made professional home trays worn at night for 7-14 nights. This always gives great results and is more predictable and sustainable than power whitening such as Zoom
