What do with dental crown that keeps coming loose?

Q. I have a double implant at the top back teeth. The abutment and implant are secure but the crown becomes loose every 6 months or so. My dentist uses temp bond each time to re cement the double crown and this seems to disintegrate. He says he prefers this as it is easier to remove but I don`t feel I can rely on it as it has just come loose for the 3rd time over Christmas. What should I do. The implant was performed by a top dental surgeon and not my dentist although he watch the proceedure,
A. I suspect that the crowns do not have a screw hole in them but are a complete cover over the underlying substructure.  In these instances the crowns can be permanently cemented but if there are problems underneath things can be difficult to retreat.  This is why your dentist uses temporary cement.
