Tol I need bone grafting but unsure about procedure?

Q. Hello. I’ve been looking into achieving some relief from wearing a full upper denture – which I have had to do for over 40 years. Implants look and sound great but, having had a basic xray, it appears there is very little bone at the front of my jaw. I am not keen to go so far as bone grafting and wonder what options may be available to me. Also, I have been quoted 2 very different prices for MRI scans – £125 and £250. Please can you also advise why there might be such a difference in cost for this preliminary examination? I look forward to hearing from you and thank you in anticipation.,
A. Regarding the scans I have no Idea why the difference in cost. Unfortuanetly once you loose all your teeth and you are looking at other options than a denture, the implant track is the only way to go. If you are afraid of having a bone graft then don’t be, the procedure sounds alot worse than what it is and plus you have the option of being sedated while it is done.Justin Glaister
