I recently had my teeth whitened by Zoom. I was not offered a consultation to explain risks nor did my dentist make a record of shade/colour before of after. The results were very disappointing and noone has noticed any difference. When I complained to the dentist he offered a home system called “wy10†and charged extra. I feel I have been charged for 2 separate whitening systems. Do I have the right to ask for my money back as the Zoom was unsuccessful?,
