Q.
I recently had a crown fitted to a dental implant UL6, when the crown was fitted it felt ok but gradually it became very tight against the adjacent teeth, UL5 and 4, I could not floss between as there was no gap, I waited two weeks before returning to the practice that fitted the implant, an implement was pushed between the crown and adjacent tooth to try and create a gap this was very painful and did not work so the crown was removed and left for a month so the adjacent teeth would return to their original position which they did, however I am concerned as their was obvious preasure from the crown against the two adjacent teeth could any damage have been caused the the teeth or root which will cause further problems.
