Will there be any damage be caused to the teeth or root by the adjacent crown?

Q. I recently had a crown fitted to a dental implant UL6, when the crown was fitted it felt ok but gradually it became very tight against the adjacent teeth, UL5 and 4, I could not floss between as there was no gap, I waited two weeks before returning to the practice that fitted the implant, an implement was pushed between the crown and adjacent tooth to try and create a gap this was very painful and did not work so the crown was removed and left for a month so the adjacent teeth would return to their original position which they did, however I am concerned as their was obvious preasure from the crown against the two adjacent teeth could any damage have been caused the the teeth or root which will cause further problems.

A. No damage could have been caused the teeth will just move into a new position.
