I’m fourteen, and I’ve had braces for almost five years. I had chronic ear infections from when I was under 18 months and through most of my toddler years. And the antibiotics stained my teeth into this stripped pattern…not attractive at all. I got questions all the time. And it altogether isn’t fun. Is the teeth whitening treatment cost too good to be true?

Hello, I am planning on getting my teeth whitened. I live in Glasgow and there are many companies which offer the procedure however some seem too good to be true. For example a clinic called SmileQuest offer the procedure for £99. Please advise me if this is indeed too good to be true and if so tell me which method you consider to be the most reliable. I suffer from sharp pains after my old bridge was replaced with a new one, why is this?

Hi, I had a bridge fitted over 20 years ago and it has been fabulous – not a moments trouble with it. I recently underwent a course of tooth whitening and so the bridge needed to be replaced. The new bridge was fitted a few days ago but I now have sharp pain when I bite down. Does this sound like a problem with the bridge or the abutement teeth? thanks.
