I have always had a fear of going to the dentist and am a nervous patient unfortunately I have been “unlucky” with my teeth and have several fillings and crowns and I am only 27! I am concerned that my teeth will continue to get worse and I will loose all my teeth, I am unsure why I have worse teeth than everyone else I know and if there is anything I can do other than brush and floss to improve the health of them? I am very self conscious of my smile as I have silver fillings which look black and overcrowding at the font, what procedures would you suggest to give me a better smile?

Wednesday, November 24th, 2010hello I’m 32 yr old, and I have a really bad under-bite, I’m know as the Girl with out teeth, or the woman who never smiles, Because my mother was a single mother of three kids, she couldn’t afford to take me to the dentist.. I will be getting married soon and I would like to be able to smile walking down the isle.. I’ve looked in to cosmetic surgery, and I can’t afford to pay for it, so my question to you is what should I do, is there any way i can do to be able to smile..
Is there any further treatment for my cleft pallette?
Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010I was born with a cleft palate when i was a baby. I had my jaw broken when i was younger to correct my bite but still my top set of teeth are smaller than my bottom and i don’t have a smile that fills my mouth. I look like i have gaps at the sides. Is there anything that can be done. I went through hell with my teeth when i was younger, what with operations and braces. I am 27 now and just want for it all to be worth it

One of my teeth has shifted since I’ve had my braces off, how can I fix this?
Thursday, November 18th, 2010Hi Dr I have had the whole process of braces in my teens. I did everything that the dentist told me but for a few years now one tooth had started to move back. Just to let you know its the tooth next to the front two teeth, I think it is called the lateral incisor? I have visited the dentist for several check up’s and every time she says there is nothing that she can do to move the tooth forward to its original position.Overall I have nice teeth but its that one tooth that makes my whole smile look wonky. What do you think I should do? Thank you,
