What treatments could correct silver fillings and overcrowding?

I have always had a fear of going to the dentist and am a nervous patient unfortunately I have been “unlucky” with my teeth and have several fillings and crowns and I am only 27! I am concerned that my teeth will continue to get worse and I will loose all my teeth, I am unsure why I have worse teeth than everyone else I know and if there is anything I can do other than brush and floss to improve the health of them? I am very self conscious of my smile as I have silver fillings which look black and overcrowding at the font, what procedures would you suggest to give me a better smile?

I would suggest you go for a consultation with a Cosmetic Dentist and than you would be able to get all the information you need and cost. Silver fillings can be replaced by white fillings.
