please advice. im scared of dentist and only go when im in bad pain. the drill the smell, layed there with my mouth open unable to swollow, the needles and the thought of going fills me with dread. on my last visit i had constant pain and was taking 15 strong painkillers in a 24hour period. my dentist gave me antibiotics due to a infected tooth and she sealed another tooth but did explain the sealent is temporey. the dentist did say i might be able for sedation which i said i would do and that a genaral would i believe sort me better. please gave me your option.,

I am petrified of the dentist, ever since 1971 when the dentist took out back tooth without any medication. I am now embarrassed with a front broken nearly black tooth, I have paid nearly £90.00 in cancellation fees, I need to get it done, I get to the doors and panic and turn away, i cry for ages before I get to the office. I have dental phobia and needd my two top wisdom teeth reomved

Hi im 27 yrs old i have 2 wisdom teeth at top and im afraid of the dentist how do i get these removed with the easiest way for me without me panicking? Also i have a baby & when i was pregnant he ate away at the calcium in my teeth were 2 teeth snapped leaving only the bit at the gum 7 others have bits broke but not as much. now im struggling to eat or even brush them properly as this causes too much sensitivity. hi i have really bad tooth ache im currently takin 4 nurofen every 5 hours 2 take the pain away, last time i went 2 the dentist was 4 years ago when i was told i had to have too teeth out an some fillings but never had it done cause they wouldnt put me to sleep now its just got alot worse and i cant bring myself to go to a dentist im ashamed of what they will think of my teeth and horrificly scared of needles and the dentist its self what do i do please help,
