I do have considerable bone losss. I would like to get my teeth veneered for that perfect smile.

Monday, March 30th, 2009
Q.
I am a 28 year old male who’s teeth appear quite good and straight. I have a history of gum disese in my family and althought I have all my teeth (ex wisdom teeth) I do have considerable bone losss, esp at the back. I regularly visit a periodontist for deep below the gumline cleaning. I would like to get my teeth veneered for that perfect smile. I have only 1 non-porcelin filling. Am I a candidate for this procedure?

I have a grade 2 mobility I need to get root canal done. Can i remove the tooth?

Sunday, March 29th, 2009
Q.
Hi, I have a grade 2 mobility of UR5 following gum disease and bone loss. I need a root canal treatment on this tooth but due to bone loss there is high probability that I might actually lose the tooth altogether (according to my dentist). My question: could I ask for the tooth to be removed now, rather than waiting and would I still need a root canal? THankyou for your time in advance

Thursday, February 26th, 2009
Q.
Hi I had veneers fitted to my front 4 top teeth 20 years ago the gums have now receeded and the original teeth at the top are now very discoloured. All my teeth are discoloured due to lots of medication as a child and my lower gums are also receeding. I would like to know what would be the best treatment to have all my teeth treated to look white as am very self consious of them in the present state Thanks

I am 64 and my gums are shrinking

Wednesday, November 12th, 2008
Q.
I am 64 and my gums are shrinking and I am noticing a gap which looks as if I have food stuck between my gum and my tooth – this is becoming embarrassing and I was wondering if there was a procedure to correct this – or like the aching joints something I have to put up with! I don’t have any dentures. thank you for your help.
