How to remove a broken baby tooth?

Hey I have a tooth that is a molar that is broken that was broken since about 8 years ago and its not infected but was wondering how my dentist would remove it as it is a baby tooth. basically I would love to hear many options and the thing is that all the sides of the tooth is still up but the middle is all gone. My 4 molars are pushing my teeth together can you give me any advice?

I have relatively straight/level teeth all my life and never had braces however I’ve noticed over the last 3/4 years (I’m 27)that the 4 teeth on my lower jaw, between my ‘fangs’, have become twisted. My dentist says that’s ‘just what they do’ but I’m concerned that my 4 molars are pushing my teeth together – I have all 4 molars. Can you give me any advice/information? Thanks

My top molar teeth is sensitive and it nails along my gum line can you advice?

Hi, One of my top molar is senative if run my nail along the gum line on the tooth, i have just been to the dentist and had the filling replaced with a white one and the dentist said there was nothing else wrong with the tooth so why is it still senative if run my nail along it? do i need further treatment or how can i cure this i have the same thing on the same tooth on the other side as well. Is there a negative effects of drilling away the amalgam fillings?

2-3 years ago, my last molar on the left side had a big cavity and reached the nerve. my dentist advised me to do a root canal but i decided not to and asked her to do a filling instead. i did a composite one, and another time when it wore down, and switched to amalgam the third time when it had to be replaced (just this year). now, part of my amalgam filling has chipped off. i am not sure how big the chip is in comparison to the cavity but i don’t feel any pain. i think my dentist will want to replace it again but i am concerned about the negative effects of drilling away the amalgam (it releases harmful mercury vapour). what should i do? should i still get the filling replaced? can the chipped part just be filled up with another filling?

Dentist removed the root of the heavily filled molar but still i have a pain any idea on the causes

I have had intermittent pain in my upper teeth for some years.My Dentist and I could never clearly identify which tooth the pain came,whether it be from either a heavily filled molar tooth or a crown with a root filling. Last week the pain became constant,pulsting and throbbing.I visited a emergency dentist who removed the root of the heavily filled molar and put a temporay filling in.However four days post this ,the pain is as bad as ever.The emergency dentist took xrays that didn’t show any infection. Could the pain come from my crowned molar with the root filling in? The pain is getting me down but I am keen to hang on to my teeth.To compound the issue I am holiday at the moment so can not get to my regular dentist Any ideas on the cause.Thanks
