A. Hi. The lower incisors often crowd together in the twenties as a result of late lower jaw growth and lip tension. The molar teeth are irrelevent in this type of crowding. You may want to catch it early and straighten the teeth with an Inman Aligner as they work very well and quickly for this type of mild crowding.
