My 5 year old daughter has had loose tooth at the bottom in front for about 8 weeks now and it has not got any looser but does seem that it is getting pushed to the side. It has started causing her some mild discomfort, and she is not the sort of child to play with her teeth either. Should I take her to the dentist or just let nature continue taking it’s own course?,

my gums at the back of of my two lower front teeth are worn down due to a tongue piercing which i have now removed. These two teeth are loose as a result of this and my dentist advised that a bridge could not be applied, she mentioned implants but not a crown.
