Hello Dr. Moore, I have a dental bridge for a missing teeth for past 18 years (front upper). In order to strenthen the present arraingment and for cosmetic looks I was considering an implant not available as option when I did the bridge. Is it a good idea to replace the missing tooth with implant and using this also to support the two teeth around it (originally used to make the bridge) ? Or what would be the best option.
