What options are there for full mouth reconstrution?

Hi i would like to have my full mouth reconstructed, as my teeth are very small and also pushed back and cannot be seen even when i smile i look like an old man, which is very embarrasing and is also affecting my speach, i have a limited budget do you have any ideas for me? ie dental plan or go abroad? i would be grateful for any advice. thankyou.,

What treatment is there for uneven teeth?

Hi, My front two upper teeth are not symmetrical as one in shorter than the other. The reason for this is as when i was younger the left one got chipped whihc was privately fixed in my teens. I think the dentist did bonding as it was a very small minor chip. This has left me with my left tooth being perfect but my right being slightly shorter and not straight. What are my options and can i get an approximate cost for the treatment? I was looking at veneers but i think that may be a little too much, or may be not…,

Can boyfriend get cosmetic treatment through NHS?

Hello Dr Patel, i am writing this on behalf of my boyfriend. My boyfriend was a bar manager two years ago and he was attacked two years ago by a drunk customer who consequently broke two ribs and knocked out my boyfriends two front teeth. At the time his teeth couldnt be saved and the company he worked for promised they would pay, however they went bust and this never came to fruition. He has spent two years never smiling and is painfully self concious of his missing teeth and has knocked his self confidence. We have tried to see if we could get it done privately and were quoted £3000 pounds for the work that need to be done which is way beyond us. Is there any chance the NHS will do this for free at all? or is it considered as cosmetic surgery. I look forward to your response Thankyou Rebecca,

Is there a way to improve look of remaining baby teeth?

hello. im 29 years old and i hate my smile. my teeth are not crooked, nor do i have any extra teeth or anything of that nature. i do, however, have two baby teeth that never came out. it’s the teeth right next to the two front teeth. they never fell out as a child and now i have a mouth full of adult teeth with these two small little baby teeth, one on each side and i hate it. my smile doesnt look the way i would like it to. i dont have the money for vaneers, i dont even have dental insurance because i cant afford it. please tell me is there anything i can do to get this issue fixed.,

Can dental implants give nice straight teeth?

Dear Doctor, im 25 years old. i used to have lovely straight teeth somtime back and now the have come forward and look really bad.so i went to many dentists and they all said its difficult to push them back as there is no way to find space in my mouth & since i have removed 4 teeth already(that was done when i was little due to crowded teeth, & after that i had a lovely smile). finally im taking treatment from a specialist now but even after wearing expanders and all atill i dont see any improvement.im really worried about this because i somhow want to ahve the good smile .and that is very important to me. so my question is doctor, is it possible to get nice straight teeth by doing implants? isnt it possible to remove the front teeth and implant some teeth in the correct positions to have nice staright teeth? cant it be considered as an answer to my problem? since i somhow want to have straight teeth.. please advice me on this. thank you,,
