Sucking my thumb has ruined my teeth

Q. I use to suck my thumb growing up and as a result it looks as if my front teeth are missing. What can I do to have the smile I’ve never had?

A. I’m guessing why it looks this way in your case.
In a typical thumb sucker the teeth are pushed forward and spread out. Orthodontics to push the teeth back would be a consideration. Veneers and crowns to appear to realign another. In some cases extract the misaligned teeth and replace with a denture / bridge or implants. Or stay as you are

The right choice depends on how much treatment you are willing to have, over what time scale & what fee you are able to afford.

Please let me know how you get on
