Should I get dentures or Dental Implants?

I wanted to get a few implants on the bottom of my jaw. I need all them removed and wanted to know if I can get implants in the back then have a bridge or a flipper to replace the front to hook on the implants??? Sorry I am frustrated and imbaresses. I was thinking dentures but dont want my jaw to stick out Im only 38.

It sounds like a good idea, find a local implant dentist and they should be able to help you.
