A. Firstly, I would recommend that you see a dentist/cosmetic dentist to see how your smile can be improved. It is difficult for me to advise you as I haven’t quite seen your teeth for muself.
Receeding gums are usually caused by poor oral hygiene. PLaque and calculus can build up underneath the gum if flossing and brushing isn’t adequate. this causes the gums to become red and infllamed and eventually receed. This can cause the teeth to eventually become mobile a sthe bone is affected.
You CAN stabilise your gums with regualr dental and hygine visits and mainitaining your oral cleaning routine at home. Receedign gums can also make your smile appear more gappy. I would defiately advise you to stabilise your gums before considering further dnbetal treatment. Crowns/veneers can make your overall smile appear more aesthetically pleasing, but please attend a consultation with your dentist first to discuss your issues.
