opinion for a 19 year old girl what would be the best option RCT or dentures or implants
This is quite a tricky case. In most circumstances, I would recommend saving a tooth if possible. If this means having Root canal therapy, then the performing dentist needs to have a good success rate in doing this. I can recommend an excellent endodontist if you wish.
The only other option is to look at the remaining tooth structure. I would need to assess this before coming to a conclusion. A denture is not the most ideal option for somebody of your age- but again, it’s an option to consider if you want to have the teeth removed. It all depends on how many teeth you are missing.
If you are considering having the teeth in question removed, then implant retained crowns are a good option. It is the best long term option for replacing missing teeth- and one that should be considered fully first.
Do not be surprised to expext to pay around £1200 for a single implant retained crown.
I would be more than happy to have a consulation and assess your dental status before you make a decision.
