Q. Hello, just wanted to know, i have hated my teeth since i can remember, my top two front ones are very big and stick out alot, would it be possible to have these removed and replaced. I dont have alot of money and i am terrified of the dentist even for a check up. If i was able to have this done, would they be able to give me a general anisetic. I would be very grateful if you could give me some answers even though i may not be able to aford it for a few year. many thanks

I suspect that sedation may be a route you would be interested in at least for some appointments.
Costs are going to be so variable that it is better to book a 15 minute chat ( these are free at the StJohns Practice), if you can manage a quick look at your teeth that would help but it’s not essential.
Other dentists will do this, to find one sympathetic to anxious patients personal recommendation from people you know is usually best.
