My teeth have drifted after having both braces and crowns fitted and the tooth under the crown has turned black, what are my options?

Q.
When i was younger I had my front tooth knocked out after a cap and a root canal I was eventually given a denture. When I was old enough to have braces I had braces to close the gap in the front and to use my second tooth (lateral incisor) as a front tooth and put a crown on it.
11 years later the crown has decreased in size, the tooth has drifted and it’s a totally different shape to my other tooth so now I have a big gap in the middle, it’s too big for 1 tooth alone but not big enough for 2 teeth. The prepared tooth under the crown has also gone blackish. what would you suggest would be the best option for me to get a nice gap free smile back!

This is very difficult to treat although I’ve treated a similar case with veneers and implants in the past, have a look at case 12 on my website http://www.advancedentalclinic.com/smile_makeovers_gallery.php and call for a consultation 08443 87 87 88 if you want me to take a look
