My teeth are going brown around the gums and quite a few of them have massive hole advice?
Q. After years of not looking after my teeth, smoking and drinking far too much coca cola my teeth are a state. There going brown around the gums and quite a few of my back teeth have massive holes in them. It doesn’t help that I’m terrified of dentists. Im only 19 and I’m so paranoid about them i even try my best to talk without showing my teeth. Im worried a cosmestic dentist would judge me because of this. I’m also terrified about going and the cost although I’m willing to put up with the pain and price to get my confidence back. It’s hard to concentrate on looking after then when there in such bad condition already.
A. Its important for you to see someone you trust straight away. a good dentist won’t judge you he/she will just look to give you the confidence back you have lost with the detrioration of your teeth. Try to find someone recommended by a friend and see what options they can give you. it will be worth the it in the end
