My teeth and gums have rotted, what do you suggest?

Q. Hello, over the years my teeth and gums have rotted, the gum around my front teeth has rotted, even though I have always as an adult brushed my teeth regularly, what can I have done? I cant afford pay a lot, but obviously I need to get this done, I feel embarassed about going to the dentist aswell. I live in Northampton, can you sugest somewhere close to me to go? thankyou.,
A. If the teeth and gums are in a hopeless state then extraction and dentures might be the best option. A couple of dental implants supporting the lower denture will add to the costs but be worth the investment in most cases. Rob

I have really bad rotten teeth, most of the upper level have rotted away. I’am currently on benefits is there any help I can get with the cost of repairing them.

Yes you may be able to get them fixed for free on the NHS but not by a cosmetic dentist but get to see a dentist asap before they get worse!
