My front tooth has been crowned and it has now twisted and changed colour, what could be the reason for this?

I broke a large amount of my front tooth around 10 years ago. I had my tooth crowned. I have now noticed that my crown appears to have twisted, possibly dropped from the gum and changed colour. Is this possible?

This is possible if there is underlying gum disease , especially in patients who are smokers.
Get this checked as it will only get worse.
