My front three teeth have become clear around the edges is there anything i can do to improve

My teeth are damage badly since my first prenancy 15 yours ago and my teeth have become loose and very weak my three teeth at the front have become clear aroung the edges is there anything i can do to improve this or would i be able to have crowns fitted im always in pain with my teeth i just want them sorted i go to the dentist often but they havent mention the front teeth can you help me please
