My false tooth attached to my front tooth has broken what are my alternatives

Q. I am wondering whether i would be suitable for a dental implant after havin lost my front left tooth to a motorbike accident 17 years ago. I’ve had a maryland bridge since 1992, which was replaced by a crown attached to my right front with a false tooth attached. This has has now broken leaving me without two front teeth. I just returned from the dentisits chair wih my denture and tempoary crown. I am now at 34 years of age going to be wearing a denture and a crown as my dentist is reluctant to use my right front tooth to further support the left false one. My other alternative is two front false teeth. Please help.

A. If you have enough bone then an implant will be straightforward. Even if you lost bone in the accident it could still be rebuilt. if you are in my area  (South East) I would be very happy to take a look for you. If not let me know and I might be able to recommend someone who could help. [email protected]
