Ive lost my 2 front teeth can I get a perminent replacement?

Q. Ive recently lost my 2 front teeth on the bottom can i get a perminent replacement????

A. Yes you can get a perminent replacement. This would be an implant. An implant is a tooth that is implanted into your jaw to replace the one that is missing.
