Ive a root twisted front tooth and i want to know what are the different size of implant ?

Q. Fifty years after damaging my front tooth the root twisted on New Year’s Eve and I now have a plate which I hate!! It stops whistling, affects speech and halves my eating pleasure. My (NHS) dentist says an implant would be C£1500. I am off to The Gambia in Sept. but research shows only certain ‘bore’ size/screws are used in the UK – can you tell me which so I can consider having the job done whilst there and any other implications to beware of? THANKYOU

A. The size of implant depends on the space and amount of bone.  In my practice we use 4-5 different types of implants depending on the condition, we often do not decide on the type of implant until we have opened the site up.
