Ive 3 teeth affected by gum disease can ive any treatment affordable than dental implant

Q. Hi there I have bad gum disease which has effected 3 teeth at the bottom of my mouth. I have been to my dentist today and she suggests false teeth which I am trying to avoid because of my age (30) She also mentioned that a mould may make the teeth fall out and that I would be without for ten days which I am devastated about (due to work and insecurity issues, I cant be without them) if I was too consider implants, could I keep my teeth until then and how quickly can it be done ?? Also would it be a problem with the sore gums etc ???? Is there any cheap options available as I really cant afford to have this done however I would be distraught and my teeth loss will effect my personality and confidence on a huge level .. is there any dentist training schools etc that need guinee pigs ?? I would really appreciate your help Thanks.

A. Hello, in my prcatice I would join the teeth together and take a mould of the mouth. the teeth wouldn’t come out in the impression, we would then fit the (hopefully) temporary denture and extract the teeth at the same time. You could then consider implants or bridge work at a later date. If you still have good bone support you could also consider immediate implants placed as the teeth where removed.

I am experiencing slight gum recession and I have started using Corsodyl mouth wash and toothpaste to improve my dental hygiene. I have noticed slight mottling of the teeth which is a listed side-effect of Corsodyl mouth wash. Should I stop using it?
