Ive 3 lose teeth at the very front on the bottom please advise me on what treatment i need

Hiya im in need of dental treatment due to the fact i haveny been for over 10yrs and in that time my teeth have got really dirty and i have lost a few at the back and now i have 3 lose teeth at the very front on the bottom could you please advise me on what treatment i need and the cheapest many thanks
