Is tooth reshaping a better option than dental implants?

Q.
My girlfriend underwent canine substitution as treatment for congenital missing maxillary lateral incisors. Functionally they are fine but they still look very much like candies. I have spoken to somedentists who suggest moving all her teeth back to create a space for implants reversing all the work she had done in adolecence which is unacceptable to us. Having done some research into it I have discovered dentist who wrote a paper on managing this condition called kokich who clearly shows that tooth reshaping is an option (this together with a whole host of academic literature of the same). Can you confirm if this is an option and who in Hampshire might undertake such a procedure
Thank
A.
This is often a good option for patients who want a minimal procedure. The teeth often still look a little large but its worth it compared to the more extensive treatment. Her own dentist should be able to carry out this simple procedure.
