Is dentist price for removing four teeth and dentures reasonable?

Q. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A PRICE OF £8000-£12000 FOR 3 IMPLANTS TO BE ATTACHED TO A FULL BOTTOM DENTURE WITH GOLD WIRE .AS WELL AS TAKING OUT 4 TEETH AND MAKING A BOTTOM DENTURE TO TIDE ME OVER (SO I DONT HAVE GAPS.)DO YOU THINK THIS A FAIR PRICE ? PLEASE REPLY SOON AS MY TREATMENT IS BOOKED . REGARDS.CHRIS,
A. It is within normal ranges but without a clinical examination I am unable to comment on the design or the specification  . For example A denture on two implants no bar might start at 3-4000 plus tide over denture plus extraction fees in addition. Implants like Astra Tech dental implants or Nobel Biocare might cost more etc
