Is a dental implant my only option or can the crown be secured better?
Q. i have had a fractured root for many years it currently has a pinned crown in it , the crown falls out frequently – i definitely do not want a denture, is an implant my only other option or is there a way of securing this crown better thank you so much for your help,
A. If the root has fractured then a new crown still won’t work so maybe an implant will be your best option
