The best option for missing teeth is dental implants.  You would need to be fully assessed to see if you are suitable which would mean some x-rays.  Implants are the longest lasting restorations you can have.  If the teeth adjacent to the spaces are healthy another option would be dental bridges, the downside of this is that they rely on the strength of you other teeth.  Your final option would be dentures.
