A. For your age, I would not recommend you having all your teeth out- IF they can be saved and restored. Dentures- although some can look nice- if you have them done at the right place, they will take alot of time and effort in getting used to them. It IS a possibility, but not an option to go into lightly. Mini implants are used to aid retention with the dentures. They will still need to be taken out at night and to be cleaned. There is another option- depending on the bone levels in your mouth, but it is the placement of a minimum of 4 dental implants in each jaw with fixed bridgework on the top. This can be a costly option. Expect to pay in excess of £12,000 per jaw. This is only done privately though.
